Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at 77joy is ৳300 (three hundred taka) — this rule applies equally to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All deposit transactions are processed through secure SSL encryption.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled in cases of suspicious activity.
- Specific wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
3.3 Transaction Responsibility
77joy will not be held liable for any loss resulting from incorrect account numbers or information provided during transaction processing. The user is solely responsible for ensuring accurate payment details.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Accepting this bonus will apply a 15x wagering requirement. This means you must wager 15 times the total (deposit + bonus) amount before withdrawing from the bonus funds.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — please read the details before accepting any offer.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be used together while one is active, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Game-based contribution rates for wagering may vary when betting with bonus funds.
- If any fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
- 77joy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion without notice.
VIP Program and Cashback
77joy's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier can be joined and progressed through by regular betting activity:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
Cashback is paid out every Monday on a weekly basis. Contact our support team for details on how cashback amounts are calculated and the applicable terms. 77joy reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Engaging in fraudulent behavior for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
- Using the platform for money laundering.
- Using software, bots, or other automated methods to play games.
- Exploiting any game bugs or technical issues.
- Intimidating or harassing other users.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Using a false identity or a third party's account.
In the event of any of the above violations, 77joy may immediately close the account, forfeit funds, and take legal action if necessary.
